At bk68, we believe gaming should always be enjoyable, not a source of stress or financial pressure. Our responsible gaming framework gives Pakistani players the tools, information, and support they need to stay in control — every session, every day.
bk68 takes responsible gaming seriously — not because we have to, but because we genuinely care about the well-being of every player who logs in from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or anywhere across Pakistan. Online gaming and sports betting can be a brilliant source of entertainment when approached with the right mindset. Our responsible gaming programme is designed to make sure it stays that way.
Whether you're placing a bet on a PSL match, spinning a slot title, or trying your hand at our live casino tables, bk68 wants you to enjoy the experience within your own comfort zone. That means having real, practical tools at your disposal — not just a policy page buried in the footer. We have built responsible gaming features directly into the platform so they're always accessible, never more than a couple of taps away.
Problem gambling is a recognised condition, and there is absolutely no shame in seeking help or simply setting boundaries before things ever reach that point. The bk68 responsible gaming system supports players at every stage — from those who want to casually limit their spend, all the way to those who need a full self-exclusion period. All tools work in PKR so there's no currency confusion when you're setting your own limits.
Gambling involves real money and carries inherent financial risk. Never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Gambling is not a strategy to earn income, pay off debts, or solve financial difficulties. If you feel gambling is causing you emotional or financial harm, please use our self-exclusion tools or reach out to a professional support service immediately.
bk68 gives every registered player direct access to these protective features — free of charge, active around the clock.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Once your limit is reached, bk68 will automatically block further deposits until the next period resets. Limits apply to all payment methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
Control how long you play in a single session. Set a time reminder and bk68 will notify you when your chosen duration is up. Taking regular breaks keeps the experience fresh and prevents fatigue-driven decision making that often leads to chasing losses.
Need a full break? Our self-exclusion tool lets you suspend your bk68 account for a defined period — from 30 days up to a permanent closure. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. This decision is binding and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
Define the maximum amount in PKR you are comfortable losing over a set period. When your loss threshold is hit, bk68 pauses your ability to place further wagers until the limit period resets. A practical safety net for every type of player.
Enable periodic on-screen reminders that show how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session. Reality checks are a subtle but powerful nudge that keeps you grounded and aware, especially during longer gaming sessions.
Not ready for a full self-exclusion but need some breathing room? A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. It gives you space to reflect without the permanence of a full exclusion request.
Ask yourself these questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more, we strongly encourage you to use our responsible gaming tools or speak to a professional.
Do you find yourself spending more money on gambling than you originally planned, or more than you can actually afford?
Have you tried to cut back or stop gambling but found it difficult or impossible to do so?
Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not gambling or when you try to reduce how much you gamble?
Have you ever borrowed money, sold belongings, or neglected bills in order to fund your gambling activity?
Has gambling negatively affected your relationships, your work, your studies, or your mental health?
Do you gamble to escape problems, relieve stress, or improve your mood rather than purely for entertainment?
If any of the above questions resonated with you, please take action now. Log in to bk68 and access the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings to set limits or initiate a self-exclusion. You can also contact our support team at [email protected] — they are available 24/7 and will treat your situation with complete confidentiality.
Responsible gaming is not only about using tools — it is about building good habits from the very beginning. These practical tips will help you keep your bk68 experience enjoyable for the long run, whether you're a casual PSL bettor or a regular casino player.
bk68 strictly prohibits users under the age of 21 from registering or accessing any gaming content. Age verification is conducted during the registration and withdrawal process. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all funds returned according to our policy.
If you share a device with family members, we strongly recommend installing third-party parental control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio. These tools can block access to gambling sites and ensure that younger members of your household cannot access bk68 under any circumstances.
If you suspect a minor has accessed bk68 using your account or through their own registration, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take swift action. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that their login credentials are not accessible to underage individuals living in or visiting their household.
You are never alone. bk68 actively encourages players to seek help when needed. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
bk68 operates under applicable international gaming regulations and upholds the responsible gaming standards set by globally recognised bodies. Our platform is designed in line with best-practice guidelines from the international gaming compliance community, ensuring that player protection is embedded into every feature we build — not bolted on as an afterthought.
For players in Pakistan who feel they may have a gambling problem, we recommend speaking openly with a trusted family member, a general physician, or a mental health professional. Seeking guidance from someone you trust is always the first and most important step. Our customer support team at bk68 is also available around the clock and can point you toward appropriate resources, initiate account restrictions on your behalf, and ensure you have breathing room to make clear-headed decisions.
All responsible gaming features on bk68 are accessible from within your account dashboard. After logging in, navigate to "Account Settings" and look for the "Responsible Gaming" section. From there you can set deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and initiate self-exclusion — all in PKR and all effective immediately once confirmed. Changes that restrict your activity take effect right away; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply.
Our customer service team is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach us via the live chat feature within the bk68 platform or by emailing us at [email protected]. When contacting us about a responsible gaming matter, please mention it clearly in your opening message so our trained staff can prioritise and handle your case with the appropriate level of care and confidentiality.
When you initiate a self-exclusion through bk68, the decision is binding for the chosen duration. This is intentional — it protects you from impulsive reversal decisions made in moments of temptation. If you choose a 6-month exclusion, your account will remain locked for the full 6 months regardless of any requests to reinstate it earlier. Permanent exclusions are irreversible. Please consider this carefully before proceeding, and know that it is always available to you whenever you need it.
Ready to set your limits and enjoy bk68 responsibly? Log in to your account now and configure your personal responsible gaming settings — it only takes a minute and makes a real difference.
