In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bk68", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to bk68 and its operating entity, including the website accessible at bk68.club and all associated services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bk68 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by you on the bk68 platform, including your PKR wallet, betting history, bonus balance, and account settings.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, casino games, colour prediction games, fishing games, slots, and any other features offered by bk68 from time to time.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) depos ited into or held within your bk68 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or matched deposit amount credited to your account as part of a bk68 promotion, which is subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using bk68's Services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the bk68 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with bk68's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bk68 platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain a bk68 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk68 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with bk68 or any gaming regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of bk68 or any of its affiliated entities, without prior written approval from bk68's compliance team.
• You must be the legal owner of, or be duly authorised to use, any payment method linked to your bk68 account.

bk68 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bk68 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) bk68 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly notify bk68 of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting our support team at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk68 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bk68 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5.1 Deposits. bk68 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account and may be updated from time to time at bk68's discretion. bk68 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the funding source must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. bk68 targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 72 hours of a verified request, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

5.3 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. bk68 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a CNIC, valid passport, or utility bill. Funds may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. This requirement exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on bk68 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bk68 does not apply internal currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside bk68's control.

5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bk68 may apply an inactivity fee of up to PKR 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing notice to your registered email address. Remaining balances will not be forfeited; however, reactivation requires identity re-verification.

bk68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement has been satisfied, unless bk68 expressly provides otherwise.
• bk68 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, existing bonus balances will continue to be governed by the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, multi-accounting, arbitrage, or any other means constitutes bonus abuse. bk68 reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant accounts.

7.1 General. All bets placed on bk68 are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once bk68 has issued a bet confirmation reference. bk68 reserves the right to decline any bet or to impose maximum stake limits on any player or market at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

7.3 Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed price, technical malfunction, or human error — bk68 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to your account. bk68 will not be liable for any losses you claim to have suffered as a result of such a void.

7.4 Live Betting. Live in-play markets on cricket, PSL, and other sports are subject to rapid odds changes. bk68 does not guarantee that any particular odds will remain available for the duration of your bet placement process. If odds change between your submission and our acceptance, the bet may be declined or accepted at the revised odds depending on the settings you have selected.

7.5 Maximum Payouts. bk68 imposes maximum payout limits per event and per player. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page and may be amended at any time. No single payout to any player shall exceed the published maximum, regardless of the stake placed or the theoretical return.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk68 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bk68 account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bk68 platform, place bets, or gain any competitive advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including pre-arranged outcomes in any game or event offered by bk68.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the bk68 platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the bk68 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other bk68 players.
• Placing bets or participating in games on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Any conduct that bk68 reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, or threatening towards bk68 staff or other players.

All content on the bk68 platform — including but not limited to the bk68 name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bk68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk68 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bk68 content without prior written consent.
• Use any bk68 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an association with bk68 without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bk68 software or system.

Any unauthorised use of bk68's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

bk68's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your bk68 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk68 does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical outages may result in temporary unavailability. bk68 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance.

bk68 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bk68, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bk68 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Services. bk68 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.

bk68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, bk68 provides the following tools, which are available to all registered players at no charge via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your bk68 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.

Your continued use of bk68 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining funds before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk68 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
